Hi all i dont know if i should be going crazy or not but promised not to get stressed with wedding stuff, but its really hard when as site kindly reminded me i have 4 weeks till wedding and my 5 brides maids dresses and 5 flower girls dresses should have been ready for them to try 3 weeks ago but i spoke to the company and they told me they are hoping delevery on the 11th . The lady also said not to worrie as if they not by then they wil chase them up. My sister one bridesmaid is going away abroad for her partners family weddings and is not gona be back til the night before . I think its prity bad of them especially after saying its only 8 weeks delivery. Should i be freaking out as theres alot of dresses to sort if they take till then. Not sure what to do if anything sorry for going on any ideas ?

OMG no wonder you are stressing I would be the same!! I would ask company for their head office details and tell them your writing a letter of complaint and that might get them to hurry things up!!x

i agree with jools, id get on that phone sraight away to head office, dont bother with the shop and explain the wedding is in 4 weeks and you cant be having any of this going on xx

Wow, I would be on the phone to them everyday, trust me it works. I think its terrible that the wedding shops work on the date of your wedding and not when you paid for it e.g. I paid for my dress outright and was told its normally 4 months, I paid when I still had 15 months to go. 8 months later and I was still waiting for my dress, only to be told my wedding was a while away so it wasnt high priority! Well I called them everyday until they made my dress, I dont think they understand that its our hard earned cash and its about customer service and customer expectations. Honestly, if you call them, theyll have you in their mind and want to get rid of you, so will ensure your dresses get here!

I agree I'd phone them up and talk to them. If they said 8 weeks then it should be 8 weeks... no longer!!

Hey all thank use for all messages helped me feel like i was not over reacting i finally managed to speak to them yesterday and they called me today to say the 5 younger girls dresses have arrived so hopefully tomorrow so will the big ones fingers crossed all x
