im not getting married in ages but already people r askin bout seating plan no 1 wants 2 sit next 2 ohs auntie n her girlfriend .a table seats 10 people so there is nowt i can do.is any1 else having problems with family who dont wanna sit with other family members.wouldnt mind if it wa just 1 or 2 but its not most of em has said something x

Sit her with some of her own family, some-ones going to have sit with them so it may as well be her own family. Its really hard to do a seating plan to please all the guests, tell everyone you will do the table plan in your own good time, just do what you think is right and ignore everyones protests. My MIL2B is really upset because she isn't sitting at our top table, there's only H2B and me sitting on top table, it's a small wedding and our reception room is quite small, the tables or room size won't comfortably seat 6 across, I've had to tell her that I'm sorry but thats the seating plan and there's nothing I can do to change it, she's not happy about it but she'll get over it and enjoy the wedding all the same.

Oh i would have the same hense why taking easy way out and apart from top table they cant sit where they like and then itt ehre problem not my stress lol xx
sit them at a kids table and say there was no room left on other tables lol x

My view is if they cant find a seat and be happy the it their own fault they are big enought to be able to sit dwon, eat a meal and be sival even if dont know anyone!!!
