We had some information through from a pub with a function room & the prices are really cheap, etc, they only ask for £60 for the room hire, the only downside is we get the room for 4 hours, so we would be getting it from 4 till 8 but they say the bar is open till 11?

That sounds like a bargain. As long as you don't mind other people joining you at the bar does it matter? You never know other people might buy your drinks etc lol.
