hey guys!!! long time no talk!, so basically back in november my fiance and i applied for dont tell the bride and we got through 4 interviews!... so i stopped coming on this site because i didnt want to start to get upset as i would be no longer planning the wedding.
anyway the bbc said they would get back to us by the end of january to say if we have been successful, and sadly we werent successful...
so my family and myself can all breathe a sigh of relief!! lol
so yup i am back on here guys and back to wedding planning!!

i dont know how many interviews there are but we had 4 so i am assuimg we were pretty close to the end, i actually was the one who suggested to go on the show... but now i am glad that we didnt get through as i have already chosen a dress! lol

wow 4 interviews is a lot. Its a bit mean to put you all through the ringers so to speak but then I suppose they have to as there must be loads of candidates. At least now you can look forward to the planning as I think thats a really important part of it and so fun! but stressful too haha

My h2b loves that programme. Looks good but I think I'd freak out too much haha. I had seen an advert for couples getting married in march for a new programme by any and dec but I decided against applying! I think any focus off my big day would b gutting!

I'm finding it all a bit repetitive now so it's a blessing you didn't get through. I get so wound up when they cry about spending 3 weeks apart and then the bride always acts so spoilt about EVERYTHING!!!
I read an article about how one couple had their day ruined by the cameras and constantly having to re-film things and set up situations. I can't imagine anything worse. No wait, Amy Childs organising my day would be awful. For about a year I thought her name was Amy Cholls, because her enhanced lips can't form the shape to say her name properly.

hes pretty much left me to it, but his intererst keeps getting piqued when hes bored at work and he starts googling lol, im not allowed to know anything about his suit either which is exciting! I know a suits a suit, but still lol. Hes also mentioned the centre peices as well, so i think he might start getting into the planning lark... though hes more interested in the stag do and honeymoon than anything else!

I couldn't go on that show; I need to plan my wedding myself. Anyway there's no way my fiance would have planned it without me. Having said that he would have done a far better job than some of the men on there. I can see though why couples would take the opportunity of getting £12,000 for a wedding. Fortunately we've got help from both sets of parents.
