Ermmmm, when I was planning I would have said hellllll nooo! But actually, I don't think the details of the day matter all that much on the day, it's getting married to your man that's the important thing, so maybe yes!

I wanted to go on the show BUT h2b wasn't keen so we decided against it. When watching the show (repeats atm) I feel so sorry for the grooms now knowing all that you have to organise and they have to do everything themselves and in 3 weeks bless them lol xxx
I totally would have trusted Dan ... although I would have made sure he knew what I wanted before hand, but made out to them that our tastes were wildly different! Actually I would have trusted him with the whole lot, although I think the dress he chose for me might not have been what I wanted xx

I would trust my H2B... even as far as the dress! SO I wouldnt worry if we went on this programme. We have very similar tastes and he knows what we both like...... but I love actually planning the wedding together. x

I would yeah! Myself and H2b are doing the total wedding together, he has even told me he wants me to have a big princessy dress because I am his princess, so thats his say in my dress lol! Yes, would trust my h2b totalyl 100%, we both have exactly the same taste.
What i dont understand about the show though, is do the couples not discuss anything before hand? Confused!

Yeh I'd do it... we have pretty much the same taste in everything!! Would worry about my dress though... what I have got and what he thinks I'll get are very different so that may be a disaster! Not sure I'd wanna go on TV however or spend 3 weeks away from him :(

I wouldn't tbh as the h2b would end up coming to me saying 'what colour cenre pieces do u want' and 'what dresses do u like!' he cant make his mind up on much lol!

not me!! I wouldn't want to leave it to h2b, purely because i've dreamed of organising it from a young age! What i've done so far i've loved so as much as i trust him i love it too much!!

I'd trust my H2B to do it all as we've done alot of the planning together and we've liked the same stuff. Don't think I would do it though as I enjoy the planning too much x

I think the shows pretty fixed TBH. If I'd applied to go on it, I'd sit down with my OH and go through everything we wanted eg venues, music, dress etc. I'd show him where to get the dress of my dreams and how much it cost and so on. So basically, if you communicated you could easily do it as you both want, and get it for free.
The only thing I wouldn't like would be being away from him in the run-up to the wedding, and having it filmed and broadcast on TV. For the latter reason alone, I wouldn't do it, as a wedding to me is an intimate occasion for friends and family, not something for the whole nation to watch.

I actually would, Jon knows what I want and knows what I like and he would pick the perfect dress but I fear that it would be a bit safe just so he didn't get in trouble lol

i would be a little worried as h2b doesnt seem that interested at all in the planning, and after finding my dress i dont think i could bear having another one i love it too much maybe if he still got my dress i would let him take over as its been stressful xx

I sometimes wonder if the couples have even met before, lol. They seem to know nothing about what the other wants. I wonder how much it just for tv, but I do love it all the same! And the fact the bride always loves it (even "the Vegas one", aaarrrggghhh I'd have killed him!) shows it's actually getting married that counts and not all the other stuff I suppose!
I'd really miss the planning though as we're doing it together. I think I could trust h2b cus he's such a perfectionist snd knows what we want, but I don't think I'd trust a friend to help him, lol. Not sure I'd be able to do it though - the control freak in me says no! x

Not a chance lol. My H2B loves this programme and really really wants to do it but i just couldnt let him. I would never trust him to pick my dress and he would get married in jeans and a t shirt with me arriving on a donkey or something like that. I couldnt miss out on planning our perfect day, i would be a complete wreck lol x x x x
