Yeah, if you start to use your husband's surname, you'll need to change your details on stuff like banks etc. And they'll ask you for your marriage certificate as proof. They don't need a deed poll or anything like that.

All i will say is decide what your name will be and stick to it! I see so many customers as work who have no clue what their name is 'sometimes i use this' 'i used to use that' 'i use this name for this account...' grrrrrr lol x
