If you in love you in love no matter age diffance, my dad 9 years older then my mum and they been married over 35 years then you got my brother and sister in law been together over 12 years there only few months between them, me and h2b there 8 years diffance am younger not one person has said and anything about it, his close group of friend welcome me the group with welcome we all really close and I got great friendship with the other wife's. the only teaste me about tv shows that I don't know that the do but it's all in good fun.

No. Age doesn't matter whatever the relationship. H2b and I only have 2.5 years between us but I have friends who are a couple of years younger than me and others who are 12 on 13 years older than me and we don't really notice it. If you click then you click. Age ain't nothing but a number xxx

My h2b is 18 years older than me, we've been together seven years now.
It's not the age it's what stage you are at in your life. Each relationship has its own set of potential issues, be it age, wealth, health, culture, family background, expectations...at the end of the day, if your partner is right for you, that's all that matters.

i don't think it matters either, my ex husband was 13 years older than me and my new h2b is nearly 3 years older. I have never thought about the age difference between us it really doesn't matter to me. Personalty and the fact that we love each other and get on so well is what takes priority.

My biggest gap relationship wise has been 4years... Me and h2b have only 9months between us, my ex used to say he thought I was immature when I was 20 and he was 24 but it's just cos he'd been married before already bought a house, he was at a different stage of life to me, we were together 7yrs but it didn't work out, now I'm much happier because me and h2b are at that same stage x

my h2b is 4yr older then me I dont think age really matters unless it is like a 20yr old marrying an 84yr old thats abit strange to me lol but other then that I know people with 10yr age gaps and they been happily married for years so dont think it matters aslong as your in love xxx

I don't think age gaps matter, it's the fact you love each other that matters. There's 11 years age gap between me and my h2b, what matters to me and him is that we love each other so so much and are so close xxx

I think as long as it doesn't matter to you, then who cares what everyone else thinks because only you have to live your life. All of my partners have been a little bit younger than me, not sure if that is a coincidence or not! I'm 18 months older than my h2b. x

I don't think it matters at all to be honest as long as both parties are of age! Looks like I am in the minority here marrying someone younger though. H2B is 26 and I am 32.
When we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours
we join up with them and fall into mutually satisfying
weirdness and call it love, true love.

in general no... (and bear in mind this is just a personal opinion).
I've been out with someone 24 years old that myself... and also 11 years younger - both didn't work out but, at the end of the day there was more difference between myself and the guy that was 11 years younger. To be honest I think too much younger is more of a problem than older.
H2B is 2 years younger than me... mind I look younger hehehe
