Earlier this year we decided to post pone our wedding due to a number of issues.

It has just dawned on me that we have had no conformation from the church to say our date has been moved and we have also had no paper work to fill out for the new date. Is this normal or do I need to contact them again and ask them to send out conformation ?

We have very little from the church regarding our wedding full stop..
Did you request via email? If so I wouldn't worry as you have it in writing if not maybe send a quick email asking if there is anything they need from you because of the change

I get married in a church next year and was informed by the Vicar that I would receive a confirmation pack a year before hand, maybe pop and see your vicar just to confirm face to face.

We did It all over the phone with the deanery office. She said it has been moved but heard nothing since. When we first booked with them we received paperwork the following week.

I will send her a quick email to confirm the date has been moved.

    Thanks ladies.
