November 2011 feels like it's so far away, to far away I want to get married NOW, but at the same time it feels so close considering how much needs to be organised and paid for. I get butterflies every day just thinking about my wedding to be, but then it just seems a little out of reach. Maybe as time goes on and it gets closer and things start getting organised and paid for it'll feel better, but i's wierd feeling excited and frustrated at the same time.

I'm the same!!! I have to wait until September 2012!!! Its ages away! Sort of pleased though as it gives us time to really plan things and get everything perfect! I do wish I only had a year to wait though, not 2! x

Im 9 months away and it seems to be coming quicker and quicker as the days go by. It seems like only a few weeks agaon we were saying its ok we have over a year to go. Now its 9 months lol x

i know how you feel. we are due to be wed 30th June 2012. which is almost 2 years. i want to be mrs Chaplin NOW!!! on the other hand i think AGGGGHHHHHH i have under two years to save for my lovely wedding day, and to get rid of these bingo wings and mummy tummy. :/ i think i only started feeling like this now we are both getting involved with planning. the pretty bits are fine, i've got amazing deals on my dress the bridesmaids and our flowers, we have chosen our photographer (£1200 eeek!!! but he is amazing and worth it-after all the pictures are the only thing that you keep other than the hubby) and the church is a set fee. but i am DREADING finding the reception venue as it is going to be expencive.

So me telling you all that to me, my wedding seems very far off still isnt going to help.
I personally think its all dragged and I havent really enjoyed the planning. The best bit are the people I've met on here actually.

I agree i want my wedding to be here now but i still have loads to do. Ordering bridesmaid dresses, men to sort suits, order flowers... erm i am sure there are more hehe but i feel time is dragging. But i do appreciate i don't have as long left as some of you. Just try to enjoy the time you have to browse i am on the point now where i need to find stuff because if im not shopping for it now ill have to settle for what i can get not what i want xx

lol were getting married in June 11 and when we first had a date in mind i went dress shopping knowing this was the biggest thing if the dress isnt right then i wouldnt feel right. I found the dress much earlier then expected my h2b only got involved at the year mark he said that was plenty of time x

I'v decided to take my mum and sister and his mum and sister to a wedding fayre before we start planning, I want to get married today but I love designing, researching and planning so I'm looking forward to the long wait (atm). The wedding fayres not till september but even that seems so far away. The wedding seems like a fairy tale, somewhere in never never land, but I have to keep reminding my h2b that 2 years is not long when planning such a memorable and cherished day.

thats a lovely idea, i went to my first wedding fayre with my mum nan and h2b then the 2nd i went with mum, CBM, and BM. Got my MIL2B involved lots aswell though its just shes a little far away to go collect everytime. Thats a very sweet way of putting it to him xx

I have just under a year to go now and it does seem like forever away but at the same time I am already starting to panic if everything is going to get organised! lol.
