I would start looking now babe. Like most big things to do with a wedding they tend to get booked up quick, especially the good ones.

i would look into it hun that way u can book it if there diary goes that far ahead as alot of the slots will start getting taken up by other b2b so best to have them confirmed xx

Hails, you're so organised! lol. I didn't think i needed to do it yet but then i realised how early i had to book everything else. And a saturday in June is quite a popular day, so i think things might book up fast. Ahhhhhh stress lol xx

Depends who you're going with- if its a proper wedding day hairdresser, book asap. Mine was a friend of my sister's (well, she works with the girl's mum) so I didn't have have my trial until about 2 months before the wedding. I did my own make-up, had a makeover at Debs (Urban Decay) around the same time as my hair trial

i'm getting married in November 2013 and booked mine this week! It's going to be my normal hairdresser and her friend doing my makeup! I like being organised - it's another thing i can tick off my list - at least i know it's booked and can forget about it until next year when i want my trials! xx

i have mine booked already and the first makeup artist i contact is already booked for my date and i contacted her in december. so i would deffintly start looking and contacting a few now as they do get booked up early and at least then its tickd off your list and your not in a mad rush 4 to 6 months before because you cant find one you like xx

I'm getting married in November 2013 and I've booked my lady already, along with 2 trials! As the other ladies have said, it's best to book asap as you would be surprised how fast the time goes and also that these ladies get booked up months and months in advance xx

i booked mine a year before, and found her on book of face too, she also recommended a hair dresser she worked with before all depends if you want them to come to your house to do everything or if you want to go to a salon to get it all done

I think i'm staying in the hotel i'm having my reception in, so would i be allowed to have a hairdresser and make up artist come to the hotel to make us all up? xx

Start looking now hun! The good ones get booked up a year or so ahead of time, especially for prime dates (Fridays and weekends during the peak summer season).
I've got a Saturday wedding in May 2013 and have booked my make-up artist already .........she did our makeup and sisters wedding last year ...............got trial booked for 10th May (1 year before the wedding) ...........is this too soon?

I though I would be ok & only started looking in February this year, I messaged lots of hair & make up artists but lots were already booked for my date on 18 th august this year. I would def have a look around & get someone booked in. I eventually found soneone but it is a bit more expensive than I originally expected

No. They have a spa bit but i don't think it includes hair or make up, just treatments. Does this mean they will allow me to bring one in? x
