Hi Ladies so the next thing on my list to do is the invites. I need a bit of help I know how im going to do the front design but cant get my head around how to do the bit in the middle?. Do you print straight onto the card or print onto paper and stick in?
Is there software i need to use?
Thanks for any help you can give.

You can do either.... print straight onto the card or onto paper and stick in it. Are you having an extra page inside or using the back page? Have you got publisher on your computer? I found it really easy to use and have card templates xxx

For mine I printed onto separate card then stuck it in. I made pocket fold invites. (some pics in my album)
I just used a freebie word programme for mine, but the net has loads of templates and design ideas.

My advice would be to practice on scrap/plain papers first though.

When we finally get our package with all our material we will start a prototype of the std and invitation and RSVP and see how it goes didn't know about design templates that's new to me but gonna let H2B sort out printing and presentation of the cards I thought we just gonna print it off word make sure all the writing is centered onto the middle of the card and then just print but 1st H2B wants me to hand draw the roses on the card then he will scan and it and the roses shall print of on every card then add the information then we add diamontes and we add ribbon wax to seal it all almost forgot our lil crowns which will be made out of aqua beads or me thinking of buying some diamante's emerald and sapphire crowns of the bay of e we shall see cannot wait to be back home with my H2B and get crafting together quality bonding time nothing better =D ♥ X

Im sticking an insert in mine, you can do whatever you feel like though, there's no particular set rule. Printing right on the card wont work with mine as its quite a deep blue, as pondered this myself!

Why won't your printer print on card!? Is this a common thing! This is going to ruin my plans if it is D:

I dont know! Its a good printer with scanner etc and its wireless (got it for £69 in sales last year) but in the instructions it says it wont take card as it is too thick for it. I did give it a go anyway but failed miserably!! lol it made some horrid noises! xx

I did a standard card shape and printed the insert onto paper and glued it in. Was pretty easy! It also meant we didn't have tons of bits of paper for different things like transport and hotel info, menus, poem for gifts etc x
