Quite gutted really, from discussing this with H2B and my parents we made the decision that we couldn't wait for my bridesmaid to find out her exam dates because we need to start sorting the dresses and stuff. Spoke to her earlier and told her we really couldn't wait.

Feel really upset as it wasn't a decision i wanted to make but it was stressfull to have it hanging up in the air, she was really understanding about it and said she'd be there as a guest if she could.

aww hun, thats a shame, but at least she has taken it ok. maybe because you cant have her as a bridesmaid you could have her as a witness or something instead, cos then she's still involved but dont have to worry about the planning of it? xxx

maybe you could find something else that just involves her hun even if its making sure something is done, or giving her something little to do on the day if you really want her to feel part of it... but if there isnt anything at least she can still be there for the day, and the main thing is that she isnt upset : ) xxx

One of them is, he's our usher, only because he wouldn't stop texting H2B saying that he was really hurt that the other brother is best man and he has nothing to do :(

hah, he won't he'll make H2B's dads life hell, but like i said to Ian at least if he's busy doing somthing then he's out of my way lol
