Anybody here had/having a Disney World (Florida) wedding? Just would like to know any details, how you organised it, opinions etc? My fiance and I are looking at this for an option! We got engaged there and we're honeymooning there!

Ooh :) how exciting!! We got engaged at Disney Paris & honeymooning in WDW!! I saw an episode of my fair wedding the other night and the wedding was at WDW!! Unfortunately I don't know much about planning weddings there but know if you pick up wedding abroad brochures from travel agents there's always Florida/Disney packages & most ones I saw the diff agents had wedding coordinators as well obv to help you out! Don't know if that's any help xx

Is there anything on their website about weddings? Sorry I don't know anyone that's done it but it sounds awesome!
There is on their website but it's aimed at Americans. There's a bit on the virgin holidays website but again not much detail, going to the shop some time soon. It's just under £4000 to have a wedding there but then its the cost of the flights, the hotel, the park tickets etc. that puts the price up.

Oh wow that sounds perfect! I would LOVE a Disney wedding. A Disney theme, but happening here would be great for me, I fancy myself a Disney princess! Unfortunately my H2B is not a fan! His sisters (my bridesmaids) are huge Disney fans though. I'm thinking of getting an Alfred Angelo Disney princess wedding dress though!!

Thankyou! Well it was actually my OH's idea to have it at Disney World! And I have my eye on an Alfred Angelo Disney dress ;) Going to try it on today yayayay! If we can't afford it actually in Disney World then it will be Disney themed and the honeymoon will still be there ;)
