    The English do ceilidhs too.I grew up in Northumberland and played in a ceilidh band. The dances in Wales where I live now are different to the Northumbrian ones, but I think the Northumbrian and Scottish ones are pretty much the same. With a professional band and caller you'll be fine.

    I think you'll be fine, my sister and her husband are both English, but he wanted a Ceilidh band at their wedding, unfortunatly their venue would not have any live bands so they couldn't :(

    I think it would be nice as it's something different to just you're usual disco
