I don't know if I should complain about this several of my guests including myself and husband were all I'll after our reception . There were a few other things about the evening as well we had arranged to be seated by 5 we wasn't taken into the room until after 6. The food was ok nothing compaired to the taster we had the bar was left un manned most of the evening . And the dj well I could have done a better job using my phone play list he played his own taste in music and not the list I had given do i complain? Help or advice please

I think it is worth letting them know you are unhappy with the service you were provided with. It's not what you paid for. They need to know.

Yes, defiantly there is not a lot you can do to improve your own experience now but you can help other ladies not have it happen to them. Where was the wedding again? x
Sorry you were disappointed with bits but yes do let them know what services were not up to scratch. Places like that strive from reviews and word of mouth so they should take your points honestly and want to better themselves.

I would certainly put a complaint in.
As Kathleen says - a business is only as good as the reviews from its customers.
You never know - you might get a free meal or extra stay there.
