whats everyone's opinion on having bridesmaids with different colored dresses and different styles, I have 8 bridesmaids, 4 teenagers and 4 adults, the teenagers will wear anything however the adults are different body shapes. so dont think ill be able to get them in the same dress.
I was thinking to put the adults in the same colour but letting them have different styles to suit their figures and putting the teenagers in another colour, what does everyone think of this?
    thanks jo

I think it looks fine, and far better than trying to fit everybody into an unflattering dress...it also might help avoid diva bridesmaid syndrome! Xx

I think you should go for it. Not everyone suits the same colour or dress shape do it makes sense.

Or you can do alternative shades of the same colour?

I'm doing this. I think it's a much better idea than trying to squeeze everyone into the same dress! Much less stressful to!

Different colours can look fab and like the other girls have said can be more flattering than trying to find a dress that suits everyone!! x

I don't see why you can't do that. The last thing you want is having your BM's looking/feeling silly just so that they match
i like the idea of having the same colour but different styles :-) x

I think it can look fab in different colours and not everyone suits the same style/colour so this would solve that x x

I gave my bm's the choice of different shades of brown, or different styles of dress. In the end they're all having the same mocha colour but slightly different styles - main dress is the same, but I think they're all having different type of straps ie 1 is halterneck, 1 is 2 straps and 1 is either 1 strap or no straps x
