I started at SW 4 weeks ago and have lost 8lbs so far, i really was to lose 2 stone before i start to try dresses on. is anybody else in the same boat?

i think alot of people are in the same boat. make sure u leave urself plenty of time to find the dress tho hun. how bout looking online at different dresses to get an idea of one u like xxx

Yeah I brough my dress and since lost half a stone but it's fine as I have first fitting in feb ;) and I want to lose at least another stone but I spoke to the shop and the lady advised that would b fine ;) x x

Yep, I started losing weight in Jan, have lost 2 stone so far, which isn't as much as I wanted but life events halted it for a while...I'm starting to try dresses on at the end of November and want to lose at least another half a stone before then! I'd like to lose another 3 stone in total, so will have to speak to the ladies in the shop if I find one, about future weight loss... xx
Theres a great app on apple and android. Its called my fitness pal - it helps you calorie count and it works. Ive been losing 3lb per week on it.

Im starting back at ww... I've done every diet, my most successful being cambridge but that's not a long term plan so back to ww to learn to eat properly again lol x

try using the **link removed ** app if you have a bb or iphone - you enter your goal for weightloss per week, add in what you've eaten and what exercise you have done and it shows you how many calories you have left per day. if you enter your weight every so often it plots a graph of your progress and recalculates how many calories per day you need to eat to keep on losing (or gaining if you want to!) and not plateau. highly addictive, only 2.99! you can also do this for free on the website if you dont want to pay for the app on your phone - i find the app helpful as i dont go on the webesite often.
