I'm just losing it bit by bit by cutting things out my self. I have a very strict diet because of my CKD, so losing weight isn't easy, but I want to be able to look good in my Dress. So trying really hard now.

The Celebrity Slim diet is literally no carb diet, you have a shake for brekkie, shake for lunch and protein and veg or salad for tea, im coming off it once Ive used the rest of my shakes as Ive been doing it about 7 wks and not lost alot really and its quite expensive, so im Just gonna cut back on carbs and take Xenical tablets which I have tried b4, ive been told that with this Celeberity slim diet because im doing that much exercise 7 times per week and Im hardly eating carbs my body is going into starvationb mode which means I wont lose weight, god Ive got 7 stone to lose in 9mths well I dont get married until October 2012 but I want to buy my wedding dress by April 2012

Nope - doing thhe blood type 'diet' - not really a diet to be honest, but I've lost over 3.5st in less than a year - back down to pre-pregnancy weight now! Would like to lose a few more pounds by the wedding :)

I've been using the website nutracheck - it's really working for me. It's not a diet plan as such, it's an online food and exercise diary and it automatically adds up the calories you have eaten and tells you whether you are within your personal limit. I've been losing 2lbs every week since I joined up in February. It's only £4.99 a month.
