    I am starting Slimming World today. have done it before and didnt stick to it but im really determined this time.

    i have a 21st birthday bash to go to in june and apparently we are dressing up!! we are even taking pole dancing lessons. hence, why im needing to lose weight.

    wish me luck!

    anyone else on an eating plan before the BIG DAY. how is it going

    I started eating less (and heathier!) and exercising more back in Jan. Lost over a stone and apparently its really noticeable! Hope to lose another stone before the summer.

    im going to do a week of the cabbage soup diet in a couple of weeks just to kick start the weight loss, i know its not a quick fix but iv been quite ill for a few months, iv done nothing and put on about a stone and its stressing me out big time!!

    im not on a diet as such just eating less at each meal and trying to have more than one meal a day i want to get rid of my baby belly as much as i can altho i know im not going to get to what i was before i got preg as i had 2 c-sections but im going to try to loose some with me watching what i eat and doing some exercising

    Remember to not just count the lbs you loose. Count the inches. Sometimes you can loose inches but not lbs!! xxx

    Im doing slimming world - lost 6.5lbs in 5 weeks - coming off slowly but then again i havent 100% stuck to it x

    I'm just trying to eat less and going running every other day - it's killing me, but I feel better for it. Got about another 4 weeks before I get measured for my dress so need to shift as much as poss by then!

    I need to shift a stone since I gave up smoking and making bloody cake!! I need to go to a club I think as I'm not at all motivated to do anything about it on my own .... I might do the special K jeans diet see what happens lol

    I am starting slimming world tomoz, and am dreading it! I find it hard to stick to diets, but am doing more exercise, started going swimming on thursdays and aqua areobics on sundays!
    really hope i can stick to it!! want to drop a dress size or maybe 2! but we will see!!

    I have been doing weight watchers and ive lost 5lb in 2 weeks..... but now its making me ill :( So i need a new plan of action, i have been thinking of slimming world as i know a lady who's lost 8 stone over a couple of years and slimming world sounds soo much better than weight watchers.

    i thought slimming world sounded harder than WW, its worked for me so far, lost 2 stone since Jan.

    Slimming world is easy-lost 10lbs in first week-3 stone in 8 months! Stupidly stopped going-put on a stone in last year! Which I now have to lose in 2 months! Aaaargh!

    Apparently you can eat almost whatever you like on slimming world am i correct?? Weight watchers is annoying me as i can't eat much fruit as its 1 point here and 1 point there. I went to skimmed milk and sweetners and started eating all weight watchers products, went to my nans for lunch (no weight watchers products) ate and was really ill afterwards. Had same scenario the other day with a milkshake, drank it and coz it had full fat milk in it i was ill. Could be coinsidence but im not so sure as these were a week apart... if it was a bug it wouldnt have come and gone like that.

    You can eat loads on slimming world-I ate lots of pasta, rice, noodles and veg-which is mostly what i eat anyway! Just have to watch fat intake-I always stir-fry using water! My big downfall is cheese! Would have it with anything! Check out the website-gives lots of recipes! Can get some idea then if it's for you! x
