Right thats it ladies... Diet starts tomorow! Wish me luck :-/ I have 2 months till im bridesmaid for my sisters and best friends wedding, then i need to concentrate on losing weight for my dress fitting in October!!
I know i can do this, i go weeks with being good then i have one bad day and thats it i lose control :(
Anyone have any advise for me??

I'm trying out something at the moment where I eat really really well from Monday to Thursday and then Friday I have a cheat day and eat pretty much whatever I want. This keeps me on track and gives me something to work towards and look forward to. Then at the weekend I don't eat as well as I do during the week but don't go crazy like on Fridays and make sure I actually do some exercise throughout the weekend, that way I can justify eating not as well at the weekends thus (hopefully) averaging out my weekly calorie intake.
I suspect it won't give me results as quick as if I just ate really well all through the week, BUT I do the same thing, one bad day and I screw the whole thing. So I'm hoping this will work!
I only started this Monday though lol so I can't tell you how well it's going yet.

Thats sounds good, coz i tend to cut out everything bad so then when i do end up having chocolate or crisps thats it i go off track :(... But im gonna give that ago :) XxX

I joined my fitness pal and limited myself to 1200 calories per day (ish) I have one treat day (usually at the weekend) a week. I have lost 20lbs since the end of January (and that includes two holidays where I let loose!)
Since I am now close to my target weight I have relaxed quite a lot. I was very VERY hungry to start with, but it only took a couple of weeks before I stopped being hungry almost all the time!
I keep the food diary religiously and weigh a lot of my meals. MFP has smartphone apps which are great, I can scan in a barcode and it finds my food! It also helps that I have a couple of friends who are also on MFP and we can all see each other's diaries so if I'm tempted to have chocolate I remember that they can see it and it quite often makes me not have it.

Just exercise regulaly and eat regular small low fat meals (I eat 5 times a day) and have 1 treat day a week.

which phone do you have? It's never asked me for any code. I joined up on a computer and then downloaded the app and just logged in.

My friend has an Andriod phone and it works ok for her. Maybe try deleting the app, logging on using a computer and setting it up, try installing the app again?

8lbs in 2 weeks, that's fab. Well done. I've been cutting bread products down as I realised I was eating quite a few. Noticed I'm not as bloated so at least it's a start x
