diet pills really dont work hun.
WW, MFP, SW things like that are where it works... they are weight loss management programmes, not diets, they dont cut anything out, or stop you from anything, unfortunately willpower and motivation and determination is the key!! xx

weight watchers is fab i lost 2 and half stone on that, im starting back up this week. hard work and a healthy diet are the big things, you have no idea whats in pills and even though some may work, temporarilly, the weight will go back on. x x

if you want to lose weight healthily you have to aim for 1-2lbs per week, stress will either make you put on weight or lose it. With me I gained weight and right up until the day before the wedding I didn't think my dress would fit. Eat healthy go for walks, keep as calm as possible and if all else fails do the soup diet - home made vegetable soups for about 5 days that is sure to make you lose a few pounds but remember losing weight fast means you put it on just as quick - usually during your honeymoon

Everyone is different but diet pills will never be a long lasting result and can't be good for you. I like quick fast results and don't like calorie counting so I love the Cambridge diet which is meal replacements then I can maintain when see the results.... There are loads of good suggestions on the weightless thread.

If diet pills worked there probably wouldn't be any over weight people.
lala is right, its hard work and will power and sadly none of those can be brought.

Stay focused on your goal and be as sensible as you can and you should do well.
Good luck, I know its something lots of women worry about.

NOOOOO! They honestly don't work and believe me i've tried a good few! The only thing that has worked for me is a full lifestyle change, out with the junk and in with the exercise! xx

I love Rosemary Conley diet so simple and as the other girls say proper common sense eating but with the added bonus that you get a diet club and exercise in one place.

If there was a diet pill that worked, nobody would be overweight!

I know it's scary but these companies rely on people looking for a quick fix...

Like other ladies have said, try ww, sw or mfp...it's easier to do things as partof a group for a lot of people.
