We're currently deciding at the minute if to go ahead and set the date of between the 27th august to the 31st of august. but with having to move as our landlord is selling the house we might not set the date and think again to get married in 2018 instead. but between now and then I was wondering what diets all you lovely ladies can recommend, i'm a **** for fizzy pop and I know I shouldn't but most the time its the go to thing when I'm out and about around the town when needing a drink, I've pretty much tried to substitute the fizzy pop with sparkling fizzy water and its doing okay at the minute and cut back on the fizzy pop a bit, but I still end up buying a bottle when I'm out.
I have been eating healthy etc but need to stick to a diet to maintain consistency, I was wondering if you lovely ladies could point in the right direction and recommend some diets/healthy eating and exercise.

A lot of us 2016 brides have been doing J1ill1an M1chael's 30 day body shred DVD - you can pick it up really cheap on @maz0n.
I also downloaded My F1tn£ss P@l on my phone and have been restricting my calorie intake.
Re the fizzy pop - could you not substitute for Z£ro?
Good luck.

I followed the NH5 eating plan, which you can download from their website. Otherwise there are lots of calorie tracking apps for smart phones.
30th August 2014 was the best birthday ever.
It was the day that I became Mrs. Dixon.
