Don't do anything rash, do a bit of exercise, even just walking if you don't like the gym, and think about how you wanna look like on your big day to avoid eating sweets or chocolate.

Hi Mrs d, I am EXACTLY the same as you!!! I am the worlds worst emotional eater and just cant stop myself. How much do you have to lose to fit in your dress?

Crash diets are a really, really bad way to lose weight. It might come off but it'll go back on (and more) as soon as you eat anything more than you've been eating (i.e. you could get massively bloated on your wedding day and feel really ill if you eat your own wedding breakfast and cake). How long have you got to go? Could you try to exercise more instead, which might also help with the stress?

Find some other stress relief. I'm not so much an emotional eater as a boredom eater. I'll pig out if I don't have anything to do, so when I'm ill but recovering I tend to eat like a pig!

sorry I didn't know. well in that case, just try not to eat cakes/sweets/chocolate any junk food, and maintain a good balance between carbs/fat/protein. I am on my fitness pal and so are a few other girls, it helps you check what you eat also another thing drink at least 2L of water a day if you can.

maybe find out if anywhere near you has a flabelos machine, will put a link on your wall. you are meant to lose a dress size in 3 weeks, and i know youve only got 2 weeks to go but it might help x
