Right ladies my diet and exercise starts here... i cant afford to go to slimming world classes so im doing it on my own.. H2B said he will support me all the way thru, although he says im fine as i am, but as we all know, what do men Know!! ...lol... wanna look reem for my big day ...ha ha ha... long way to go...so i need as much encouragement recipie ideas if you have any slimming world red and green day recipes that i could try out would be fab, cause for some reason i cant get my head around extra easy.. and as many put offs of un healthy food as you like ..lol. so if you dont mind helping me in any way you can and i will keep you updated on my progress.. so take the time to bookmark this please and give me all you have ... bring on a slim Jenny!!!!!!

I wish you well jenny i started weightwatchers but just couldnt get into it, im starting gastric band hypnotherpy on may 1st so will let you know how i get on xx
