hello, is diabetic chocolate better for you than normal????
really crave chocolate and i need something sweet so thought this woulbe be better for me to eat

dark chocolate is better for you than milk chocolate - and it has been medically proved that a square or so is good for you

I'm an insulin dependant diabetic and found diabetic choc no better than normal choc tbh......obviously everything in moderation is ok for you but if you've got cravings and may have a bit too much one time your best avoiding diabetic choc as it contains something (sorry I can't remember the name) which can can cause constipation and such.
I don't think diabetic choc is lower in fat than normal (but don't quote me!)
