Hi girls! V excited as just put our deposit down on our suit hire... I would highly recommend sl@ter$ as being both the cheapest at £82 per suit and h2b free (getting 7 suits altogether) and for being really professional, helpful and really attentive to what we were after.... And what made me giggle was she kept directing all her questions about the suits to me hehe!!! Felt abit sorry for h2b so everytime she asked me a question I diverted it to him... All in all, a good day x

Great price! We also have 7 suits to hire. I thought we had done well at £92 per suit! Especially as it includes everything except shoes and socks, it even includes cufflinks in the hire!
We got them down from £115 a suit as we had a cheaper quote from M0ss but wanted to get our chair covers and suits from the same company to make it more worthwhile for the company and less hassle for ourselves by getting a couple of things from the same company.

Lol when I went with h2b suit fitting the questions were also aimed at me Lmao. My dad and fil 2b went for suit fittings this weekend and I just looked at them and though oh my God this is happening,it starts to feel so real when everyone else starts getting involved and sorting their outfits iykwim :) good price too, h2b had paid deposit but whilst in the shop fil 2b paid off h2bs suit which we wasn't expecting, and he also said he wants to pay for our boys hire too :) x

We have paid the deposit on our suits. Were having 4 suits in total, got mine from independent bridal shop that I got my beautiful wedding dress from and there costing £114.75 each (excluding the ADW insurance which is £9.50 on each suit) we got discount because I bought my dress from them and suits include trouser, tail coats/jacket, waistcoat, cravat and shirt. My dad is paying for the hire of these and I thought it was a great price but now seeing your prices i'm wondering if it is a little high!? xx

That is a little high really but high end average (if that makes sense?) m0$$ br0s Royal Ascot suit which we wanted originally is £120 per suit...
We're getting charcoal herringbone... It seems that mohair are always over £100 - even the word mohair puts me off lol....

lol... you aren't the only one. When I hear mohair I think of sweaters that shed.

I am really happy with the suits and my dad was happy with the price so I guess i'll just shut up and deal with it as i'm not putting my hand in my pocket for them! lol :) I did have a look at Debs suit hire and it was roughly the same as what were paying so I thought I was getting a real bargain when they said you get the shirt too! Now i'm not 100% certain but sure they said we get cufflinks with it also but cannot see them on the booking order so could just have heard wrong! They also do shoe hire @ £25 or buy them for £45, are your H2B's and Groomsmen having the same shoes as each other? Do you think that makes a big difference? xx

As long as your happy with them Hun that's all that matters... :)
All our menfolk are having their own black shoes, I don't think it matters with the men xxx

our suits are £109 including £5 accidental damage waiver. they are having tails with canes shoes etc. this is including everything except for cufflinks as we are buying these as gifts. ours are from peter p0sh as a few of our friends work there and their shop is the most local place to us in telford. £82 per suit is good price. we are also getting groom completely free as we are having 11 suits.
we are paying for Best Man and fathers and the rest are paying for themselves. i dont think men are generally that bothered about shoes. i would just hire them as you know that they will all look the same and no-one will forget them as they will be with the suit x
CommentAuthorMelissaLarner2b
I'm not overly fussed about the shoes but thinking it would look better in the pics, not that people will pay much attention to that I hope! lol We did find some shoes in m@t@l@n that were only £25 (same as hire shoes) ok they didn't look as swanky as the hire ones but at least they get to keep them. I'm not sure what to do with this one maybe see what were left with in the budget, it's £100 either way but that could be used elsewhere! My 2 bridesmaids are buying there own shoes but I couldn't ask my dad and FIL to buy there's as there already both paying out so much for us and i'd feel so rude to ask. xx

11 suits BeckyU98, how many Bms are you having lol!
My friend paid £100 for molehair suits which were very nice, but I thought they just looked like an ordinary grey suit!
