How about drapes if you can stretch to that in your budget? xx

I would see about getting a roof swag, then put up some subtle multicoloured bunting from the ceiling and paper pom poms. For the walls have fairy lights draped or fake flower garlands hanging down.

I have saved on flowers and evening food, so will need to look into how much drapes cost. I was thinking of fairy lights xx

See if you can hire some uplighting as well or ask your DJ/Band if they carry their own. You can get some which are colour changing or preset.

I've been looking at balolon kits online. You can get 10 x 3 balloon clusters and balloons to do a top table arch for £23.99, with the ribbon and weight boxes (you have to get something to put in them ie pebbles). then you have to get the helium. 3 of my lovely friends have said if I get them they will go over the morning of the wedding and set them all up for me :) xxx

I am having bottles coloured to our scheme as centrepieces, with a flower in them, then at night will put tealights round them xx

You could maybe have helium balloons in clusters standing on the floor, and fairy lights along the top of the window.
