Hi ladies and gents! I searched and searched for the answer but couldn't find it
For my daytime invites (ceremony and wedding breakfast) I have; - Accommodation list, - Guest Information (including gift list), - Directions and maps, and, - RSVP with envelope.
Should I send the same information (perhaps minus some of the details) to the evening guests? They will only be getting postcard style invites, not pocketfold, but I thought I could tie them all up together.
Also could I use the RSVPs I have made for the daytime for the evening guests, although it doesn't say evening reception on it? I have made too many lol!
Not sure what to do?

I think we'll be including the same info for both TBH; IMO maps, accommodation etc is important for both, as it won't just be day guests who need to get there or who might want to stay overnight.
With the RSVPs, provided it's not obviously for the day (ie it's just general), and the invite is clearly evening only, I can't see an issue with using the same ones.
Your favourite love song; ....................................... One song guaranteed to get you on the dance floor; .......................................
Will that be ok?

oo i like the idea of the song info. i might have to pinch that idea if it's ok? xx :)
We are making the love songs into an iPod playlist for during the meal and the dance-floor one will make up the playlist for the DJ (within reason!).

Do you think I will still need to know that though in order to choose my buffet food? What if I have someone with nut allergies or vegan only? I want them to eat too...
Eek!

We didn't ask for dietary requirments, but I guess you could, I'm a veggie and his mum is gluten free, so we'd already catered for anyone with those requirments anyway x

I think most venues have buffets that covers all dietry requirements, but you'll have a good idea by the replys you get for the daytime anyway. But if you've made too many then why not? Will make your evening guests feel they've been thought about x

Or they might think they're gonna get a full meal :-s

The evening invite will say 'fork buffet' so that should clear that up. Maybe I should just make some more any way...???

It all started because my card was too thick for the printer; it would go through but as it is an inkjet, not a laserjet, it smudges. BOO!!! But the thinner card doesn't look as good. Well, I can't be having that lol! So I've been back and forth to Staples to get printing done. Then the card is SLIGHTLY less white than the pocketfold, so I have been looking for more card, but can't find any the same shade and the very white card is TOO white...
*Bang* *bang* *bang* (that's my head against the wall).
