Not had any. But my cousin had... let me think... her first son was born 06/04/2008, then her second son was born 23/06/2009, and her daughter was 09/07/2010. So I think the longest she waited was 5 months.

My daughter was 16 months when I fell pregnant with my 2nd, she was 2 by the time she was born. 2nd wasnt planned though, was planning on waiting a bit longer.
I am now Mrs Stacey Stiles and loving it!

2 years is a nice gap. Like I said,I hadnt planned on haivng another one but im glad I did becuase they get on really well.
If you are both ready to have another one anytime is ok. My nieces are are 14 moths apart and they get along great. My sister did have a hard time when they were little what with them being so close but she never moaned and said it was a bit like having twins and if the mums of twins triplets or more can cope so could she.
My oldest two have 3 years and 3 weeks exactly between them and the youngest two have 7 years between them!!!
There is never a right age gap, it all depends on when it's right time to have another one for you BOTH!!!!

my 2 are 5 days short of being exactly 3 yrs apart, we literally celebrated my daughters 3rd birthday when her baby brother was 5 days old. We will be trying for number 3 straight after the wedding, when daughter will be 10 and son will be 7, so hoping to concieve quickly.

just over 4 1/2 yrs between my two. they are now 2 and 7. was a nice gap as have been able to spend quality time with them both pre school. i dont think there is an ideal age gap. however i wasnt ready sooner to try for the 2nd so its suited us to have this gap. good luck xx

My daughter's 17 months and not planning on having another till she's at least 3 - she's still a baby herself, and still quite demanding so don't think the time is right for us just yet - but everyone's different, some think a smaller age gap is easier - I just know that wouldn't be the case for me! x

MzEden - I have a fair gap with my sister (7 years older) and brother (6 years) and we've always got on well! I think that's probably why I'd like a decent gap between my own kids x

My eldest daughter now 8, was 13 months when i fell pregnant with my son now 6. She was 22months when he was born. I then had a gap of 5yrs. Between him and my youngest whos now 1. My partners eldest so is 17, and one at 15, so there was a 16yr age gap between his eldest and our daughter. x

We only have 1 child at the mo she is 16 mths now. We r hoping to try for our 2nd after the wedding so out daughter will be around 3. I keep seeing baby bumps and really want one lol but I Wana enjoy the all inclusive booze on our wedding b4 I give up booze again so we will wait plus my I'm enjoying being with our daughter & want her to have my time to herself instead of sharing it. But that's just me lol

My son is 4 (5 in Dec) We are trying for a second child but have made the decision to stop trying come sept as dont want to be pregnant during wedding and also will need some time to lose the baby weight afterwards-If I did become pregnant and knew I would be pregnant during wedding (showing/heavily pregnant) I would most likely postpone my wedding!
Orginally I said I wanted a 2-3 year age gap max! Things never seem to go to plan though and will end up having a min of 6years age gap! :O
Also...There are 15years between h2b and his oldest brother (h2b is the second child out of 5)

I've not had any kids but there is 17 months between me and my older sister, then a 7 year gap, then 15 months between my younger brother and sister. We've all liked having someone at a similar age, but I also like mothering the younger ones! Theres only 11 months between my mum and her sister so my grandparents really didn't wait! They also went on to have 9 children though!
Very happy to say I'm now Mrs Keates and loving it!

my first was born on 12/06/08 the second on 26/11/09 i had them really tight and loved it so much easier to get back into the flow off a newborn baby, and now expecting my third :), check with your w2b first she might not want to be pregnant on her wedding day? but good luck

My daughter turns 3 in october and my lil boy is due next month. So just short of 3yrs.
My mum has 6 altogether with different age gaps.. Theirs 2 and half yrs between me and my brother, then 8 between me and my sister, 15 between me and other sister, 16 between me and my brother, and 18 between me and my other sister lol..
Ages are.. 22, 20, 12, 5, 4 and 2 xx

The gap between no1 and no2 is 5yrs and the gap between no2 and no3 is 22 months. Personally mush prefer my little gap :-) xx

we have spoke about it aint if it happens it happens but if not we are going to try start of next year so if she does only a mini bump as she was huge wiv our son measured full term at 32weeks lol x

My son is 3 (4 in nov). We are getting married in feb 2012 and are planning to try for our 2nd addition the sept after were married, this will leave an 5/6 year gap. I wanted to start straight away after we were married, but i'm at uni and will be in my last year then and he thinks it will be to stressful for me. So if we plan it right I may just be pregnant through my last year :) x
