Hey; after thinking about it last night ive started this thread because i've had an epiffany. Why do we spend hundreds of thousands on getting other people to make our invites/STDs/Thank-yous for us? we're all clever people, and we know what we want better than any coporation ever could. I started this thread for women who wish to make the majority of thier stationary themselves, so you can share ideas, resources and sources of good stuff. I know we all have to buy the paper etc, but why pay sombody to do what you can, and would probably enjoy, doing? Any in agreement, or with ideas, comment please :D Lets get crafty :] <3 x

I'll be making my own, I know quite a few craft wholesalers and some I have accounts with, so that is the materials covered. I'm a graphic designer & I make my own hair accessories so creativity should come naturally, plus I know what I want... It will be fun to do and I can involve my H2B & Children even to give it a personal touch. Going to the wedding fairs has given me inspiration to recreate for cheaper :P Some were oh so expensive! X

I fancy making my own, I work for a design company and will shortly be trained in photoshop so I'm looking forward to having a go and putting something together.
Can't wait until the day I become Mrs. Johnson :)

It never even entered my head to pay someone else to do our stationary, why would I let someone else have all the fun, I'm making my own cake, invites etc, making favours it's all part of the fun of planning a wedding id do it all if I had the time xx
