Ooh wow! I've not had any wedding dreams since I saw my perfect dress in one... :/ However, I do get a LOT of dreams at the moment that feature H2B in some way, shape or form, both good dreams and nightmares. The last one was quite disturbing...

It's kind of long. I wrote it down in an online blog (i.e. where I shove my negativity), will see if I can copy and paste. Ooohh, I'd love to be prepared too... On the plus side, I have all the ideas for when I can get stuck in finally! :)

We were at the top of a grassy hill that led away from the wooden stalls that led into 'town'. It was dark and slightly misty, and friends played with fire toys around a campfire, chatting happily away.

For no reason, I suddenly felt the need to get away, so headed out into the darkness.

As I started to descend the hill toward town, I slowed as I left the light of the fires and hubub of the gathering.

"Where are you going love? You'll get cold out here!"
I turned to face my other half, dressed in a dark slate grey/navy tracksuit and matching shoes, and he rested both his hands over the balls of my shoulders, with a concerned look on his face.
    "I don't know" I replied.
"Go back and keep warm my love. I'm going to town."
"I'll come with you." For some reason, I did not want to go back to the happy faces on the hill.
The hands upon my shoulders pulled me close and into a kiss, and then my love was gone. Jogging down the hill, I tried to follow, but it was hard as the fading light meant that I could only track the white soles of his shoes as they left the ground.

As the ground levelled out and I reached the open gateway that led to the stalls, I slowed. I'd lost him.

A hand on my shoulder. "Love, where are you going?!" I turned to meet the concerned gaze of my other half. He was slightly our of breath and wearing a shirt with red, yellow, blue and white flecks, and I could see him clearly despite the gloom.
"I was going to town" I replied.
"I was waiting for you by the fire and I saw you leave!" he said.

I looked into the gloom, spooked, and turned back into a warm and tight embrace.

    I woke up.

I have to say, dreaming my perfect wedding dress was a bonus!! Still have to have to made, but my entire theme is centred on it now. It's still really vivid!

Spa day sounds just the job :) May have to test that one myself... For research of course...

I only saw the bottom half of the dress, but know what the top would look like (vaguely). It was like a medieval one, laced up at the top but split at the skirt with another layer underneath (if that makes any sense). Small, green ivy embroidery went up the sides. Ivy is now a running thing, and quite symbolic, but the ironic thing is I hate the stuff in my garden!

They say the mind is trying to make sense of things in your day, but I'm really not sure about that! Judging by my dreams, I live somewhere similar to Wonderland...

Will do :)) Hoping to have to made by a friend, but may be a while til I get around to it. Plus I feel the need to go and try on many other dresses first, just in case...

I do always have to wonder what relevance my dreams have.

The oddest was my dad and I at a funeral dinner, on a patio by a large shrub border. My dad was sat next to me, and the rest of the guests were old men dressed in black, a beaded gentleman at the head of the large wooden table. There were speeches and a toast, although I have no idea who we were lamenting. Suddenly, everyone passed around bottles of soy sauce, and the beardy one stood up. "Quick! You've got to spray the plants before they run away!!" At this moment, the shrubs and grasses got up on rooty legs and started to scuttle away, with us frantically trying to throw soy sauce at them...

Oh no! Nightmares come in spates with me - hoping you don't have another for a very long time :/ Hoping that the feeling of waking from it isn't still washing over you too - that's horrid when it lingers...

I've never had a falling dream as such, guess I'm lucky. There's always a lot of running away from stuff though, a few days ago it was giant poisonous snakes... I love snakes, but these scared the bejeesus out of me!

Plenty of natural disaster ones. Most bad dreams seem to centre on the safety of myself and family members, or the OH leaving me. The only recurring dreams I remember happened way back in the day. One centred on maths class before GCSEs and one was set in primary school and not being able to fly high enough to escape the people chasing me... Thankfully not had those for a while! Although Maths does still pop up on occasion.

I had a wedding nightmare while back where I turned up at the venue only to find everybody running about looking for my groom. I ended up at a talbe with both my sisters in law and some of my female friends comforting me because H2B never showed up and nobody seemed to understand why. I also vividly remember his ex being there for some odd reason and her laughing at me when she found that out.

If we invited my H2B's ex, I wouldn't put it past her to try and ruin our wedding. However, she's definitely not getting an invite - neither of us wants her there.

I'm guessing thats all fairly normal....... only I still have almost a year to go..... maybe im getting the panic out of the way now so i'l be super calm on the lead up to the wedding :)

I've had plenty of weird dreams. I had one where H2B and I were both at the church early in the morning sorting things out, with me already in my dress. We had to go to a shop for something, me still in the dress. Another involved me arriving late to find that the service had started without me, and the vicar telling me that she had seen us enough together that it didn't matter that I missed the vows. The others have generally involved the reception, with me being with H2B and realising that I'm married with absolutely no knowledge of how it happened.

I also had one where I got up and was waiting for my matron of honour to get up to do my hair and make-up and help me into the dress, and I realised that I had never actually asked her to do that. It was an hour before the wedding; I had just got up and she was still asleep.

MrsH-2B, his ex chose to bitch about us behind our backs to friends after they split - the ironic part is she and I used to be friends when they were still together.
