I've done really well - 3 days without UKB and now I'm stuck again lol (please don't tell Moo and Ross I've been on or they'll take my internet away from me lol)

How much is/will your table plan be costing you? I've been consulting my new best friend (bay of e) and seen a few I like but think I might be able to DIY for cheaper ??? Also, does the price you're paying include the A2 mount or is it just the table arrangements?

Mine is costing me very little as I'm making it myself! Got an art canvas for a couple of quid, some card to match the BMs dress colour and some ribbons and flowers to make table decorations etc, got the names already set up on a computer document ready to adjust as necessary when I hear back from RSVPS. I suppose all in all it has cost me under a tenner! And got a lovely wrought iron stand for it to go on from ebay for 99p! x

I'm not sure how much ours is costing as our venue includes it in the package. I know they can be expensive though. Good on you Jane, at that price you can't complain. xxx

Had to make my own though really as not having separate tables, having a horseshoe shape and couldnt find one anywhere that did that! So thought blow it.... I'll do my own!

im pretty certain im going to be using one of my mums mirrors (she wont miss it for the day she had about 2 in every room lol) so all i ll need to pay for is the white/black mirror/glass pen. I have a few things to sort out before i start thinking about those kind of things properly

Easiest way I suppose would be a small blackboard, then you can change places really easily and quickly if your guest list changes at the last minute!

I've seen an idea in a magazine where you get a cork pin board, then cover tge cork with paper and stick bows onto pins to pin the little bits of paper to with the table numbers & names then you can get an easel in hobbycraft to stand it on. I plan on attempting that ad looks quite cheap & easy xx

mine is in package bit its only an A3 bit of paper with all the names listed in straight up and down columns! Not very flash, but practical I supposed. Will see nearer the time whether I have the money or can even be bothered!

Try bay of e then luvlifejen - cheapest way is to buy the unmounted plan, then go buy the A2 card and stick it on

tbh as nice as song table plans are..i don think its worth spending lots of money on for you just to see where ur sittin..its go no other use once u find ur tables lol xx

That's what I figure Becca - it'll be in use for all of 10 minutes then end up in the bin. Might go with the corkboard or mirror idea - cheap as chips, does the job AND is of use afterwards :)

Mine is in with the package of the hotel. I'm sure it will be costing me more than it would if I had made one myself. I would have done diy if I hadn't had one in the package deal.

hey guys.. just thought id mention.. im trying to start up a little hobby business for friends and family with my bestfriend and siter in law of hand made crafts.. at the moment we are just trying to get a portfolio of ideas together .. so that we can get a website up and running ill be doing wedding stationary while my best friend hand made cards.. my sister in law hand made jewelry...

If anyone sees a table planner they like but doesnt not want to pay the massive amount that people seem to charge on the bay of e or does not want to make it themselves.. just PM me and im more than happy to design and make it for you.. : D ... and pop it back in the post !
