I think coral and navy is reasonably easy to incorporate together.. you could have your bridesmaids in coral, with navy shoes/accessories/flowers, and the men could wear navy suits and have coral cravats/ties/pocket folds for example. I love those colours together and think they work beautifully with a kind of vintage, shabby chic kind of theme.
As for ways of cutting costs, DIY as much stuff as you can. Artificial flowers can be cheaper than real.. bridesmaids dresses can be bought from China/3bay to really drive down costs. Are you having a wedding breakfast? Some people skip that part and just head straight for the reception which removes a big chunk of the cost!

Love those pics GF. I really love the jars with the flowers.. if I wasn't having a pastels colour scheme I would definitely consider using 2 colours like this. Lovely x

I thought the jars were good as well, they could easily be DIY items in itself.
