My second bridesmaid has tried on her dress today and it is too small. She is determined too lose weight and fit into it but I was thinking of having a back up plan. I have done some research and it is possible to convert a zip back to a lace up back.
I am just wondering if anyone has done this before and roughty how much was you quoted??

I wonder if would be cheaper for BM's. Could say its a prom dress lol. Everything is more expensive if they know its a wedding!
Did she try it on with contol pants? I have the same issue with one of my bm's, dress is too small, she says she wants to lose weight but I'm worreied too.l Think I'm going to see if I can get a panel put in to make a little more roomy :)

My bridesmaids dresses were all made with the back converted in to lace up. I think its much prettier and allows a couple of inches grace for weight changes.

Try a pair of Spanx, my bridal shop has told me they can take you in by a size or more so they're my back up :-)
