hi all im confused on buying from usa on the shipping . it says free shipping but someone has told me it will get stuck in customs n ill be charged n have to pick up has this happened to anyone else. n how much was it coz i cant find prices on charges. its for my wedding shoes i really want them and cant find them in the UK. i know there not traditional but there my something blue that i can wear again and no one will really see them under my dress anyway .my nanna will have a fit but i want them lol x

It all depends really.. Sometimes that happens and sometimes it doesn't.. My boss had plane parts delivered from America and the senders didn't pay enough postage so he had to pay £30 when it got delivered.. But if the shoe people pay enough postage it'll be fine.. xxx

the free postage maybe to send in usa, clarify with them that it is free to uk and that all postage and customs will be paid x

Free shipping is probably only for items that are shipped within the US. I'd send them an quick email to get clarification.
