They are cones that you put some confetti in for people to throw. I have done about 60 and we have about 120 guests. I figure some will bring their own and some will be able to share and have a handful each. It just depends if where you are getting married allows confetti or if they are particular and say they want rose petals or something natural like that.

I have got 30 boxes of dried rose petal confetti to put in the cones, as each cone won't hold a full box.

Im making our confetti cones. Ive bought a sweet lil basket to put them in which will have our colour ribbons tied all over the handles. We chose to do our own as I want everything to co-ordinate, its something else we can personalise and as I will be letting guests know confetti will be provided it prevents them bringing the paper confetti that my venue doesnt allow. Im working on around 40 cones for my 60 guests as I doubt all the men wil want to hold confetti and some will be using cameras at that point in time. I imagine that will be enough to go round. Im not sure how much Im going to use but our local garden centre has tubs of different coloured dried petals and you can fill a big bag for £5. xxx
