Ok Im sorry I need to rant!!
Im waiting on calls from my solicitor as my ex is trying to get access to the children who want nothing to do with him! and from my middle boys old pre school head master as they should have produced a report.
Well I have called the school 4 times today and cant get to talk to him and the sols is always busy. Why is it I feel like Im the only person trying to sort this mess out?
My dad thinks its because we are using Legal Aid and that if we paid for the sols we would get a better service but Im not so sure. Im fed up with it, I just want people to do their jobs.

Thank you for that hun, I really needed someone to tell me that it didnt matter, how h2b and I look at it is we have both worked so why shouldnt we use legal aid if we are entitled to it (Im no longer working cause of the kids and moving to be with h2b) Yesterday I was made to feel yesterday that I shouldnt be saving for my wedding and forking out s**t loads on a sols as you cant put a price on the kids!!! but the odds of me actually winning this case are low. The law now says that the "sperm" donor dad should know their kids which if he hadnt tried to kill me I would probably agree with.......My eldest remember what it was like and what they saw but the little one thinks h2b is his dad, we will explain when he is older but right now he wont understand.

now how u feel hun.......going through the same thing.....meant to b seeing a mediator and the solicitor said it would be sorted with in a week....its now been a month!
