So I have 6 weeks to go. Last week my make up artist cancelled due to her being out of the country on my day. I emailed a different company which said last Friday they were available and would get her artist to phone. Well didn't get a phone call I got a text saying they can't do it as there unavailable and have a booking that day but has passed on my details to someone else. The other woman text me ( again no phone call) I asked if she had any photos of previous work and she's meant to be emailing them to me. Now those messages were sent at 3pm today and still no email. I'm really starting to worry now as everyone I've been to are either booked already or unavailable. At this rate I'm going to be doing my own.make up and looking the same as I do every day. This wedding is becoming more stressful every week.

take a breath ! now think. contact all your friends and see if any know someone ten to a penny someone will, most of my wedding is being done by friends and family if you find someone but not sure about them just get them to come before and trial it ! chances are you will find someone with natural flair and with out the wedding pricetag!!! great on both counts!

Good post LauraM9144, don't panic, there is still time for her to get back to you, it may also be worth asking round local beauticians and hair salons as they'll probably have contacts x
