Does anyone know where I can get a colour chart of all different colours for my wedding? (so I can actually look at in my hand, not on my phone)

You can buy Pantone swatch books but they're pretty pricey (£100+), could always pop to your nearest DIY store and pick out your colours from the free paint palette cards they have.

I was thinking that, just thought that paint colours would have different names then fabric colours?

Probably, but if you take the colour swatch with you into the shops then the slaes assisstants can do their best to match it up and also advise what they would call it which then makes it a little easier when you get to the next shop.

True. thank you! I shall do that. Colours has always been on my mind, got to find the right one.
Got anything in mind or are you going to see what jumps out at you from the colour chart?

Well I really want to go for the blues and yellows, but not too in your face. But I want to see what else I can jump in there without it overtaking my main colours

different dress companys have different names for different colours anyway, best bet is to go to a bridal store and they will have a book of swatches of colour that you can narrow down your choices then you can always purchase s few swatched that you ahve narrowed it down to. My colour I've chosen has so many different names, Royal Blue, Electric Blue, Saphirre, Pantone,Catalina blue, Dark Blue, midnight blue, Electric ultramarine, Indigo dye and Persian blue to name but a few. But Royal Blue, Saphire and Panatone being the most popular.
