Hi everyone, our colour theme for the wedding is baby pink and white. My dress will be white and full length and I just wanted to do something different regarding my shoes! I definately want sparkly ones and I have been looking at silver ones but I was walking past a shop the other day and saw some really cute sparkly baby pink shoes!! As the theme is pink and white I thought it would be a nice idea to have my white dress with these shoes! Has anyone else chose to have coloured shoes or are most people sticking to white/ivory?

i love this idea, im doing it myself, im wearing a pair of manolo blahnik blue shoes under an ivory or white dress... i think it gives a nice touch and ties in all the colours!

I'm having purple shoes - im not really a fan of the classic ivory bridal shoe and i wanted something with a low heel - theres a lot more choice if you go for coloured ones! Thinking of getting some sparkly silver ones for the night too :)

You could always buy bridal shoes and get them dyed, elegant steps provide this service :-)

I had purple shoes! They were ivory originally, and I had them dyed to match the bridesmiads dresses ... also purple is my favorite color so I'll wear them again, unlike if they were ivory

I have my trainers for the evening but the shoes are padded so pretty comortable. Got strappy zebra print shoes for the dance in the evening so I know they won't fall off! Been taking dancing lessons so I know I can dance in them at least. And luckily both shoes and my trainers are all the same height so no worries about my dress being too long!
