    Hi all
I am in a quandry... I had my heart set on a black and white theme for my wedding. However I have been looking at pictures of decorations and room and I just cannot find anything that I think looks that good. So I decided to be more open minded and look at other colour schemes but I just havent found anything. I kind of want simple and elegant.

There will be approx 60 people at my meal and more to the evening... does anyone have any ideas about what looks simple elegant? I am not very artistic and I am just not bowled over by anything at all.. am I being too picky?

    Light pinks,. peachy colours?

I asked my SIL to pick a colour and i searched bridesmaids dresses in that colour and found one i loved so decided that would be my colour theme!

Id change my mind twenty times over if i could get away with it!

    xxx

Most colours can look quite simple and elegant as long as you dont over do them - i think single flower types tend to look really elegant - particularly lillies or calla lillies
Id say its more about style of design than colour
Not sure that helps much though :s

We're having black and white with touches of silver and it looks fab!

For true elegance I would go for a totally white scheme with maybe a few touches of gold.
