After my episode thgis morning I finally got to the Clinic and had colonic...
Lost a total of 5lbs.. Loved watching it going through the tube!
Feel better for it now, not so bloated.

Whilst there she informed me (after what I told her I eat daily) that I eat too much fruit and I should stay away from citrus fruits and should start putting fibre in my daily munchies...
Wish I saw her yesterday as went and did the shopping last night and have bags of fruit!
Have to have banana's and bran cakes and try and eat brown/wholemeal rice or pasta. Explained that I dont really eat carbs apart from cereal..
She said never in her 5 yrs of doing it has she had to tell someone to stop eating fruit and eat more fibre, lol! normally its round the other way..
So I am impressed, she has given me some probiotic capsules that work better than the drinks and I am booked to go back when I am back from Egypt in a months time.. Will keep you all posted... But do feel like I have learnt a lot...Of she also said to me that eating raisins is like eating spoonfuls of sugar!
My hand is slapped and I will move on :0)

Sue there is nothing of you hun... lol!
I didnt want to but I go away in a few weeks and I am really bloated all the time... Now I know why... too many raisins and citrus fruits, ha ha ha!
If I have bread I know it will have an inch thick layer of proper butter on it...
Serious Jane I was shocked. I watched it all float by me... AND she said that meat rots in your tummy... I was like eeeeeeeeeeeeewwwww thats nasty!

It cost me £70 hun, she is based in Goffs Oak (near the posh footballers houses) Thats about the same price as the other 2 I called. Apparently some do them cheaper the more you go. I was in there for an hour but talked a lot beforehand. She showed me a chart and asked what my pooh looked like..
Got told to stop taking laxatives too as they are doing more harm than good... All I can say is I am glad the tea helps me go, ha ha ha!
That Jane is all down to you so lap up that credit babe :0)

Can we do a DIY job with a set up of pipe, jug of warm water, tarpaulin and lots of towels? Would be cheaper though perhaps a lot less effective! And might need to redecorate the walls afterwards......

I don't understand - you're told to make sure you eat 5 portions of fruit and veg a day and then told you eat too much fruit? There is so many mixed messages about what you should and shouldn't eat that I feel as if no matter what I do it's wrong - hence I am going to eat what I like :)

I know Lisa, thats what I said to her. For me the citrus doesnt do my insides any good. I am going to do a month of what she recommends for me then go back and see.
I was constantly feeling bloated, uncomfortable. I dont eat a lot of fibre or carbs (only rice krispies in the morn) so nothing is 'getting out' properly so to speak :0/ Kxx

I eat loads of carbs but I'm not sure about enough fibre. Didn't like the sound of what happends to the meat once you eat it tho lol. I looked online to find a healthy diet and it recommends red meat once or twice a week but no more. I find it all really hard - trying to be healthy, make meals that are nutritious and cheap what with trying to save and also things that are quick as I'm often too busy to cook. It's all a hassle I wish someone would just tell me what to have for every meal lol x

or even cook it for us.... ha ha ha..
I live off brekkie in the morn, fruit all day and a no carb dinner. Drink the tea all day too. Guess we are all different. All we want to do is be healthy.. I came home and told Stu what she said about me eating fruit and he said... ' i told you it wasnt good for you' lol! he wont eat it at all unless its in a cake, cheesecake, trifle etc..
I buy chicken legs, cook them then take the skin off.
