We tried out the recpie you gave us today. Perhaps it hasn't had enough time to set yet cause it starts falling apart when we try and take it out the tin? S'been in the fridge for a good three hours maybe best leaving it over night? Or is it possible we've done something wrong? (Though followed to recipe just fine) Any ideas?

hmm...did you whip it properly? I've looked at the recipe and it should be alright...although there is more liquids in that than I'm used to :/

I was a bit concerned that it was too runny when whipping it to be honest. Might be worth trying it with a thicker cream.

It should look pretty thick when you put it in, it only needs to set a little bit like... I'll do my cheesecake this week and update you on my results! x

Had a quick scan of your wall but couldn't find Hails link so sorry if I just repeated her recommendation! These guys (The ECC) have some gorgeous looking strawberry cheesecake if making it yourself doesn't work out :) Xx
Yeah the ECC was my first choice but I was looking for a cheaper alternative!
Leaving the one we made that wasn't thick enough in the fridge overnight did help it a lot but will definitely make sure the mix is thicker next time. Think we're close to perfecting it. Hope so cause eating all this cheesecake is gonna make me fat lol!
I have to say though, that no bake recipe tastes AMAZING!

did you use double cream? maybe just give it another go, and try to keep the mix as thick as possible (the more you stir it the thinner it gets) good luck :-) I love the no bake one, it tastes so much nicer :-) xx

Much better result this time, made it much bigger as well and it's not fallen apart or anything!
Put pics up if anyone's interested!
Might even make one for H2B's niece's christening :)
