whats your timetable like? do you get access to dress the room the night before? it would be alot cheaper to not have them fitted... the bay have them for approx £1.50 including sashes. they have them delivered to you with instructions if required and you just fit them wash them and return them.

We cant have access the day before, sadly.

Plus, we just txannot be doing with the added (and unnecasarry) stress involved. Plus we have seen their work before, so we safe in the knowledge that we wont, get fleeced in that sense .

Depends or location i suppose im paying 1.50 a chair but sometimes pays to know ppl in that area lol.... I wud love to buy them n rent them out after the wedding cud make a bomb.... But 2.90 is a great price but see if u can bargain with them for for 2.50/2.60 a chair never hurts to see if u can get extra discount as they will get there money back from some other person

we discovered its often cheaper to buy the things than hire them! so IF we can afford it we intend to buy them, need 170 arrghhh. Then we plan to either sell them on or hire them out after. BUT unless my work situation changes we wont afford them so are thinking just the top table , even that will be a push though

but for fitting that seems a fair price, and if you ahve seen there work and are happy i would go dfor it

i couldnt believe how expensive they were! i was so shocked! lol but i came across some on the net, they were really cheap but they were DIY, and id rather get a company that will fit them for us. i dont want my htb trying to fit them all the morning of the wedding, he will end up stressed out and in a mood haha x x

A wedding planner once told me if you want chair covers don't pay any more then £3 with sash and fitting, so yeah I'd say that was a good price!

Even my cost conscious w2b said that we must get the chair covers professionally fitted. She used to work in a hotel and apparently the stress and hassle of trying to tie 50+ bows is just a nightmare!

I think its a good price too, they charge about 2.40 just without fitting around here. I got my chair covers for £1.65 fitted, but only due to getting married at a very quiet time of year. x

my venue wants £5 a chair!!! It's ridiculous!! I may not have them at all, but we can hire our own if we want, just have to see if budget will stretch to it. Definintely not paying £5 a chair for 65 guests!
