So I am really in two minds about having chair covers as I really do think they can make all the difference at some venues, but they do cost a lot of extra money. I have uploaded a photos of the venue chairs without covers on, do you think they look OK or do you think I need chair covers? My colours are white and a deep purple/red colour.

I dont think you need them, your chairs look nice :o) especially if red is your chosen colour because it matches the chair seats xx

Personally I think I would go for them but it isn't going to be a make or break thing if you decide against them. Its all down to personal preference.

Yeah i think the same. Theyre not bad chairs, and do people even look at chairs when you go to a wedding? Cant say I ever have! Just seems like a big expense (about £300) if I dont need it. But chair covers do look very pretttyyyy ooohhh decisions decisions!!

they don't need them but if you wanted to bring more light into the room maybe? i think they are cute as they are but personally i would have preferred if they were silver but hey thats just me :-)

I still prefer them without. When you've got good chairs, like those, I think it actually looks better without. If you add chair covers it looks like you're hiding bad chairs.

ooooooooo now then! it does really transform the room don't it?! if you have the money to get them then get them but if your money is tight then don't bother and spend it on something important :-)

I think the chairs are really nice without. If you wanted to dress up the chairs you could always add sashes or fake flowers. But I think they look really stylish with nothing at all on it.

like you i was all for chair covers in the beginning and then i found out the cost and was a little bit wary spending so much on them! then i saw the venue dressed with chair covers and thought wow thats alot of white! lol even with sash's on! and i saw the venue at the weekend dressed for a wedding without chair covers and fell in love!!
yours is lovely without them and i have to say like mine yours looks very white with the chair covers and like it has character with out them i'd be happy without them xx

I think the chairs are lovely but the covers make it look extra special. If I were you I'd go with them if you can afford it but if you don't want to spend the extra money then just have it without, it would still look nice! Or you could just have a sash or something round the chairs without the covers?

I think you should have without the covers. you could do a sash or some ribbon on the back if you really wanted to dress them up.
