at my venue we are having a venue and centre peices and flowers are included. however if we want better ones we have got to put more money towards it which is what we are planning on doing.

the centre pieces and chair covers/ sash are from one lady and the flowers from anothe.

We met the lady who does centre pieces and chari covers in november and she said she was busy with xmas but would contct us first wek of jan to arrange meeting her but we heard nothing so i phoned her. we went up and met again with her and the florist this time on sunday 16th jan and were told they would email us that week without fail...well have we heard...no!! nearly 2 weeks later.

i am so annoyed as we are paying them money and they dont seem to be interested!

now here is the problem. we are paying the hotel and some of that goes towards centre peices and flowers so if we dont use them we will basically be paying for some things twice.

i really dont know what to do for the best. twice she has promised to email us and twice we have heard nothing!!

thats what h2b has said he doesnt want to use her. my cousin's husband is the manager of the hotel so my mum was going to speak to him last night and say we are really unhappy with the service. well we havnt had any service really. she is the one providing centre pieces so if we dont use her we cant use them and will lose money as its included in the venue package
