Hi I was just wandering is any one carry crystals i was thinking of putting some in my bra as i carry healing crystals with me at work xx

I think if you believe in it, you should do it. It can help to keep you calm and relaxed and may help encourage an aspect you want to your wedding. You don't have to hide them away either - you can wear them or carry them in your bouquet. Don't be ashamed of what you believe in!

I have a smoky quartz I used to wear as a necklace, but it broke so the crystal is just lying around in my study now. I might have it set in a new cage or whatever as I'm sorta stumped as to what necklace to wear...

Yes I have a silk pouch that will be attached to my garter. My stones are emerald, for prosperity, love, kindness, tranquility, balance, healing and patience. Rose quartz for self-confidence, compassion and love. Sometimes known as "The Love Stone" Moldovite very hard to get hold of, and quite expensive but very powerful when using Reiki. Herkimer Diamond, a type of quartz for clarity....so I don't trip over my vows or stutter during speech. I'm a Reiki master practitioner (haven't always been, used to teach computers at college, so not really an airy fairy person) and was taught how to use crystals, I don't use them anymore but I don't think it would hurt to feel like you have that extra little help on your day. xx

Do you have any specialist crystal shops near you? Usually you have to ask for it as they dont usually have it on display as even the small pieces can be a bit pricey for their size. xx

I don't know of any alternative shops in my area :( There was one near my h2b's old house but I never got around to stopping by. I used to read Tarot cards, but have forgotten the meaning of most of the cards now as I haven't touched them in ages :/ xx

oh btw, in Norway there are these HUGE alternative fairs every year with loads of stands with crystals, cards and people reading fortunes etc. Do you have anything like it here in the UK? xx

I am not sure but it is something i would love to know more about i have bought a book and have just started reading it I have always carried crystals in my bra to protect me at work as i work with learing disabilities and I can become very emotional when things go wrong for them xx

I have a LOAD of books on the subject. Mostly witch related stuff. Yeah I really miss the alternative crowd here in the UK, I would have thought it would be bigger here, but I haven't been able to find anything about fairs or anything so far :/ x

It's not so much about hiding them but crystals work if they touch the skin and certain crystals need to go at certain places of the body to work the best - so depending on the crystal putting it in the bra is a great idea. Smoky quartz is grounding so works best in the shoe or on an ankle-bracelet.

Rose quartz is THE love stone so I imagine it will work well. I'll get my "crystal bible" out after I've cooked dinner :-)

Oh I live in Manchester :) Oh dear, I have a lot of books lol. The first ones I bought were by Silver RavenWolf if you've heard of her, I've got a bunch of others though on herbs, spells etc. :) xx
