I would really like a caricaturist as entertainment at my wedding - has anybody had one? how did it work as in did they have a station that they sat at or did they work from photographs and what part of the wedding day would be best? Cocktail hour or beginning of reception?
Does anybody know of any that would travel to Oldham?

My sister had one and he was great. He took a photo of everyone with their picture as well so it made for some different pictures for her wedding album. He was there from the end of the ceremony until we had finished starters at the meal so about three hours in all. He just wandered round as people were chatting and asked if they wanted one done then he did them whilst they were chatting. If it had been anyone else wedding i probably would have nicked the idea for our wedding TBH .

I've posted a link on your wall to someone who covers Lancashire, so he might be willing to travel to Oldham, and his prices include travel costs. I really wanted to book him for our wedding day, I think it's such a fun idea but my OH has veto'd - he thinks caricature is a form of mocking so doesn't want it at the wedding :(
