OH has come up with a great idea regarding gifts for the groomsmen - caricatures that also incorporate their hobbies/work. I really love this idea. Do any of you lovely ladies (& gents) know of anywhere that does this? And at a reasonable price. Thanks.x

we were going to do this but changed our mind as we got told we were being too generous so just spent about 30 quid on each in the end.

My friend is a charicaturist but its a little to far for you to travel, he works in the Trafford Centre Manchester and he charges £5.00 per charicature.
we emailed our original cariacturist but he wanted about 50 quid or so for what we wanted. I can give you his details if you want as I am sure he will post them out if you choose to go for it.
For grandfather of the bride, I found a crystal clock on the web. I was dubious at first as we buy a lot of crystal and it costs a lot more but the lowest review was four out of five stars and there were hundreds of reviews so we have got that and it was free to engrave it too.
For one of the best men we decided to stick to the norm and got him two engraved whisky glasses.
For the other best man, we got him engraved golf tees and hes a keen golfer.
For father of the groom we doubled up with mum of the groom and got a lovelly crystal ornament from the shop we normally get our crystal from and got my mum the same.
We also got the mums a trinket box with their role on.
I will put the email address of the caricaturist on your wall that we are using for the wedding. We were doing it by email if we were to go ahead. We decided against as we have paid for suits etc and the best men said they ddint even expect a present so if we had to, to just get a token of something. I think we will probably email him back after the wedding and ask him to do a wedding related one and give them as xmas presents.

Fiona, That's what I'm doing but only for the boys that are attending as making name bracelets for the girls. My cousins son does the caricatures at my daughters school and charges them £5pp If you want I could ask him how much he would charge to do it privately.
