I think we are going a2
a1 is huge, and a3 is the size of 2 pieces of a4 so fairly small
I guess it depends how many tables there are and the design you are using

Was just looking on the bay for mine and it says that A2 will be big enough to show the plan of 10 tables. :0)

    Can't wait to be married!

We're not having a card table plan but if we were we'd have A1, as we've 16 tables plus top table - instead I've got some coloured twigs and sparkly flowers in a vase with decorative sand, and we're making table cards to hang from the branches - this way we thought we could keep the floral arrangement after the wedding as a memento :-)

our is A2 and we used just 10x12" cards for the actual names etc and then put different colours behind slightly bigger to layer them up.

Craft of the hobby have A2 foam boards on offer atm for £2.50 if there is one near you

Agree with you Janie, if they dont reply in enough time i will be doin the same, its not so difficult to tell you if your attending the wedding or not in this day and age....email. tx, phone, post, FB. annoys me when people are so slow.
Just another thing to put you under pressure if they mess you about!!
